Resumen
El interés del presente documento es exponer los conceptos que integran y fundamentan una metodología del control interno, basada en los valores del individuo, donde se contemple como eje fundamental los cinco elementos del control, considerándolos como el camino para el logro de los objetivos de una entidad y del correcto funcionamiento misional de una organización. De igual manera se desea dar claridad en como el trabajador es la pieza motivacional clave que sirve como engranaje sistémico para alcanzar las metas y lograr un direccionamiento efectivo; haciendo énfasis en que sin la participación real e integral del individuo será complejo generar procedimientos eficientes y seguros que sirvan para la consecución optima y fin mismo de la entidad.
The interest of this paper is to integrate the concepts and underlying methodology of internal control based on the values of the individual, where it is seen as the cornerstone control the five elements, considering them as the way to achieve the objectives of a entity and the proper functioning of a missionary organization.
