Resumen
No cabe duda de que darle fin a una guerra interna de muchos años, es un proceso arduo y tedioso, pero que debe tornarse duradero. Sin embargo, ya en el pasado, Colombia le ha puesto fin a un número importante de organizaciones armadas ilegales;
“… durante las administraciones Barco y Gaviria (1986- 1994), cinco grupos guerrilleros (M-19, EPL, Quintín Lame, PRT y CRS), mediante acuerdos de paz con los respec-tivos gobiernos, hicieron dejación de sus armas, se desmovilizaron y más de 5.000 com-batientes, hombres y mujeres, se reintegraron a la vida civil y democrática del país. (El Tiempo, 2015).
