Resumen
Cada vez más las exigencias de los consumidores en los actuales escenarios económicos es muy relevante, especialmente por el rol que desempeña la calidad y en donde, las empresas exitosas están plenamente identificadas que ello constituye un buena ventaja competitiva, la gerencia moderna está muy comprometida como algunos señalan a responder continuamente a las exigencias de un entorno que cada vez es más dinámico, turbulento e imprevisible, allí mismo entran a participar las entidades del sector público en donde según ley 872 2003 reglamentado por el decreto 4110 de 2003, se quiere que al igual que las gerencias modernas estas entidades alcancen los objetivos del estado con la menor distorsión posible del mercado, con la carga tributaria más baja posible sobre los contribuyentes, con el menor número posible de empleados públicos y con la menor absorción posible de recursos económicos por el aparato público. Lo cierto es que el Sistema de gestión de la calidad, al ser un conjunto de normas interrelacionadas de una empresa u organización por los cuales se administra de forma ordenada la calidad de la misma, en la búsqueda de la satisfacción de sus clientes, debe de contar con una socialización eficiente a interior de su personal, con el fin de crear una cultura de empoderamiento que le garantice el cumplimiento y mejora continua de sus objetiIncreasingly the demands of consumers in the current economic scenario is very relevant, especially the role played by the quality and where, successful companies are fully identified that this is a good competitive edge, modern management is very committed as some point to continually meet the demands of an environment that is increasingly dynamic, turbulent and unpredictable, right there come to participate the public sector entities where according to law 872 2003 regulated by decree 4110 of 2003, it wants to like modern managers these entities achieve the objectives of the state with the least distortion of the market, with the lowest tax burden on taxpayers, with the least possible number of public employees and with the least possible absorption of economic resources by the public apparatus.
