Resumen
En referencia a textos de investigación se expone en el presente artículo, algunos de los efectos e interpretaciones que presenta el Síndrome de Alienación Parental (SAP) y la importancia de los testimonios de los menores de edad en los delitos sexuales y su causalidad. Así como el tipo de circunstancias que rodean este tema, con la finalidad de generar conciencia para quienes administran justicia y para quienes con regularidad comparten temas jurídicos, formando parte de las fuentes de referencia que en la emisión de casos de trascendencia han dejado las motivaciones justíciales con algunas inconformidades por sus decisiones, especialmente cuanto se trata de juzgar delitos sexuales. Muchos de éstos casos o delitos se están presentando en Colombia, vulnerando el derecho esencial a la libertad de las personas, siendo artificios y manifestaciones que vienen directamente del progenitor, ya sea la madre o padre del menor niñ@, cuando son objeto de predisposición causando una afectación en los mismos y en toma decisiones al respecto del manejo de la justicia.
In reference to research texts, some of the effects and interpretations presented by the Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) and the importance of the testimonies of minors and their causation are presented in this article. As well as the type of circumstances surrounding this issue, in order to raise awareness for those who administer justice and for those who regularly share legal issues, forming part of the sources of reference that in the issue of cases of transcendence have left the legal motivations With some nonconformities for their decisions especially when it comes to judging sexual offenses. Many of these cases or crimes are occurring in Colombia, violating the essential right to freedom of the people, being artifice and manifestations that come directly from the parent, either the mother or father of the child, when they are predisposed causing An involvement in them and in decision-making regarding the management of justice.
