Resumen
Por medio de este documento se describe como la industria farmacéutica genera un impacto en la economía y las tendencias en mercadeo, teniendo en cuenta las dificultades que enfrenta la comercialización de sus productos lo que conlleva diferentes situaciones controversiales y generadoras de dilemas éticos por sus políticas y estrategias de marketing que emplea en la relación con sus diferentes actores y también con la relación que presenta con el Gobierno. La industria farmacéutica se ha dedicado por años a la investigación, desarrollo, producción y comercialización de productos para el tratamiento, prevención y cuidado de la salud, es un sector rentable e influyente a nivel mundial. Establece un mercado en el cual tiene como objetivo satisfacer la necesidad fundamental del derecho a la salud de todo ser humano, brindando soluciones frente a las diferentes situaciones de salud que se puedan presentar, su entorno dinámico y la economía global se enfocan en proveer mejor calidad de vida a la sociedad. Este sector se caracteriza principalmente por ser altamente competitivo, ya sea por la diferenciación y posicionamiento del producto o por el desarrollo de los mismos, encaminando sus estrategias y políticas de crecimiento a la producción en países donde existe una alta demanda, pero requiere de forma esencial que el bienestar sea para el consumidor final en pro de un mercadeo más ético.
Through this document describe how the pharmaceutical industry has an impact on the economy and trends in marketing, taking into account the difficulties faced by the commercialization of its products for the different controversial situations and generating ethical dilemmas by its policies and marketing strategies that employ in the relationship with the different actors and also with the relationship that are presented with government. The pharmaceutical industry has been dedicated for years to the research, development, production and marketing of products for treatment, prevention and health care, it is a profitable and influential sector worldwide. It establishes a market in which it aims to satisfy the fundamental need of the right to health of all human beings, providing solutions to the different health situations that can arise, its dynamic environment and the global economy focus on better quality from life to society. This sector is characterized by being highly competitive, either by the differentiation and positioning of the product by the development of the same, directing its growth strategies and policies to production in countries where there is high demand, but it requires in an essential way that the benefit is in favor of the final consumer for the development of more ethical marketing.
