This should not affect the human rights of the P.P.L. Regardless of whether they are condemned or syndicated, because these rights are constitutional guarantees to live as human beings, without them the fourth person is not exercising the development of free personality, such as intelligence, talent, spirituality among others.
At this point it is necessary to emphasize that every official must comply fully with the internal and institutional regulations, the judgments of the Constitutional Court and judgments of the judges on guardianship actions no matter what, on the other hand, there is imposition of days Labor that is not constituted under the legal parameters, which establishes the secretary of labor, which shows aspects little analyzed in the prison work, becoming an indirect process of imprisonment, closure and isolation that entails recordings incidences in social, family, Personal and emotional, affecting their work performance, mental health and in extreme cases the psyche, which constitutes a work risk.
