Recently, Colombia has invested and looked especially towards its Caribbean horizon, an horizon that if at last allowed it to "project" or fight for a terrestrial and maritime space, with which it would extend its borders and would have greater recognition in the Organizations in which it participates. The fight for greater participation with its borders has been reduced through agreements and treaties that limit the drawing up of new frontier lines and investigate the details and pretensions of the same to ratify the decisions before the OEA and The International Court of Justice of The Hague. The Colombian Government needs to know a little more about its territory, to be more aware of the geospatial location in which the country is located and with which it can generate a "battle" that further requires its participation in the global world, as well It can be more perceptive in these issues, in order to put in place, the force of a decision that affects the future generations in the country, and that have not let advance or prosper in terms of social, economic, cultural, Geospatial, terrestrial and environmental. It is time for Colombia to look to other horizons, where it can embrace and expand by other geostrategic spaces to which it is currently accustomed to transit, where its products and services are required with greater affluence and dynamism, where its people feel comfortable, Conscious and more likely to grow, continue to provide alternatives for the economic development of their nation, believing in what they do and what they have giving a more holistic look at "forgotten" spaces that can guarantee other alternatives to life and generating strategic alliances to promote the economic, social, political, cultural and environmental development of the country.
That is why, Colombia must also begin to project its subsidiaries to the Pacific Maritime Horizon, to stop being a third world country, guarantee progress, more consolidation of the state and be a country with a high level of development.
