Resumen
El presente trabajo estableció la prevalencia del síndrome del quemado (Burnout Syndrome) en los profesores de Inglés del Departamento de Estudios Interculturales de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada durante el segundo semestre de 2017. Para lograr este objetivo se utilizó el Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey. Dicho instrumento se aplicó a la totalidad de los docentes (52) que se encontraban trabajando en la Universidad durante octubre de 2017.
The present work established the prevalence of the Burnout Syndrome in the English teachers of the Department of Intercultural Studies of the School of Education and Humanities at the Military University of Nueva Granada during the second semester of 2017. To achieve this goal the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey was used. This instrument was applied to all teachers (52) who were working at the University during October 2017.
