Resumen
El presente artículo proporciona a las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito un modelo de auditoría con enfoque basado en riesgos, alineado con los principios del sistema de gestión de la calidad y el sistema Integral de administración de riesgos (SIAR).La técnica utilizada para el modelo de auditoría con enfoque basado en riesgos es el ciclo Deming o (PHVA); en su primera etapa de planeación se define el universo auditable y se realiza una valoración del contexto alineado con los principios del sistema de gestión de la calidad; en la segunda etapa del hacer (ejecución), se describen los riesgos y su tipología alineada al sistema Integral de administración de riesgos (SIAR), junto con su valoración actual de probabilidad e impacto que ha realizado la empresa como riesgo residual, luego viene la tercera etapa de verificación, en donde auditoría Interna a través del seguimiento de hallazgos de auditorías anteriores y realizando una descripción de la situación actual del riesgo, realiza una valoración actual del riesgo residual, por último la etapa de mejoramiento (Actuar), donde el líder o responsable de proceso establece un plan de mejora para el tratamiento del riesgo potencial o materializado.
The present article supply to the savings and credit cooperatives a model of audit with risk based approach, aligned with the principles of the quality management system and the Integral Risk Management System (IRMS). The technique used for the audit model with risk based approach is the Deming Cycle or (PHVA); in its first stage of planning the auditable universe is defined and its makes one valuation of the context aligned with the principles of the Quality Management System; in the second stage of making (execution) its describing the risk and the typology aligned to the Integral Risk Management System (IRMS), together with its current valuation of probability and impact that the company has made as residual risk, then comes the third stage of verification where Internal Audit through of following of previous audit finding and making a description of the current risk of the situation, makes a current valuation of the residual risk, by the last the stage of improvement (act) where the leader or responsible of process establishes an improvement plan for the treatment of potential risk or materialized.
