Resumen
El presente artículo, tiene como objeto verificar, evaluar, y analizar, los problemas que presenta un laboratorio farmacéutico en el área de alistamiento, como a su vez la influencia en la competitividad, eficiencia, y rentabilidad en la industria farmacéutica. Para esto, se da a conocer que la empresa maneja sus procesos por medio de un operador logístico, pero con el fin de lograr profundizar en la problemática, se debe empezar desde los conceptos generales de picking, alistamiento, procesos de envío, tercerización de operaciones y distribución, así como los errores que se han cometido, el grado de responsabilidad del laboratorio y el operador, tipo de capacitación del personal asignado para dicha tarea, y la estructuración que se tiene diseñada para la aplicación del mismo. A fin del desarrollo de este artículo, se presentan las distintas herramientas que se han adelantado con el fin de mitigar este tipo de inconvenientes y se exponen las soluciones viables que debe tomar el laboratorio para convertir este problema, en una ventaja competitiva en el sector.
The objective of this work is to verify, evaluate, and analyze the problems that a pharmaceutical laboratory presents in the area of picking, as well as the influence on competitiveness, efficiency, and profitability in the pharmaceutical industry. For this, it is reported that the company manages its processes through a logistics operator, but in order to deepen the problem, you must start from the general concepts of picking, enlistment, shipping processes, outsourcing operations and distribution, as well as the errors that have been committed, the times incurred, the number of incidents, the degree of responsibility of the laboratory and the operator, the type of training of the personnel assigned for this task, and the structure that has been designed for the application of it.In order to develop this article, we present the different tools that have been advanced in order to mitigate this type of inconvenience and expose the viable solutions that the laboratory must take to turn this problem into a competitive advantage in the sector.
