Resumen
El siguiente articulo tiene como propósito desarrollar un estudio de mercados para conocer el nivel de aceptación que tendrá el repolarizador orgánico capilar de la marca Artemisa en el mercado. Por medio de una investigación cualitativa se identificó cuáles son las motivaciones que presentan los posibles consumidores de la marca teniendo en cuenta, como sus percepciones y gustos influyen sobre la toma de decisiones al momento de adquirir un producto. La investigación es no experimental de diseño transeccional, donde se tuvo un único momento de recolección de datos el cual está definido por la aplicación de la encuesta. Para la aplicación del estudio de mercados se sigue la metodología de recolección de datos, muestreo, experimentación, análisis y conclusiones. La captura de los datos se realizó aplicando una encuesta con un muestreo no probabilístico, en la localidad de suba donde se encuentra ubicada la planta física de la empresa, y se tiene como resultado que el repolarizador orgánico capilar tendrá una aceptación porcentual del 87.7% de las personas encuestadas y adicionalmente se recomienda la apertura del punto físico de distribución para brindar no solo acercamiento con el cliente sino asesoría sobre los productos complementarios de la marca.
The following article aims to develop a market study to know the level of acceptance that will have the capillary organic re-polarizer of the Artemisa brand in the market. Through a qualitative research, it was identified what are the motivations presented by potential consumers of the brand taking into account, how their perceptions and tastes influence decision-making when purchasing a product. The research is non-experimental of trans-sectional design, where there was a single moment of data collection which is defined by the application of the survey. For the application of the market study, the methodology of data collection, sampling, experimentation, analysis and conclusions is followed. The capture of the data was carried out applying a survey with a non-probabilistic sampling, in the town of Suba where the physical plant of the company is located, and it is taken as a result that the capillary organic re-polarizer will have a percentage acceptance of 87.7% of the people surveyed and additionally the opening of the physical point of distribution is recommended to provide not only approach with the client but advice on the complementary products of the brand.
