Resumen
El presente trabajo expone la transformación e importancia del conocimiento, las habilidades y capacidades del capital humano en las organizaciones, establece la importancia de la gestión del conocimiento para adecuar la experiencia previa del trabajador, con las habilidades propias del puesto que ocupa en la empresa, de manera que se enriquezca el conocimiento individual, pero que a través del compartir y la socialización se logre conformar un caudal de conocimiento organizacional que beneficie a la empresa y a los empleados. Este proceso de atención al conocimiento del talento humano, pasa por resaltar la importancia del capital humano como un activo invaluable de la empresa, el cual debe ser formado y capacitado para asumir desde su responsabilidad, el hecho de elevar sus niveles de desempeño e hilvanar con coherencia los objetivos organizacionales con los suyos, de forma que sienta que hace parte de algo y que la empresa le permite serlo. Para alcanzar los cambios que se suscitan en el entorno, las organizaciones deben convertirse en sociedades del conocimiento, donde este se comparte, se enriquece y se vigoriza es así como logra hacer de la empresa una organización inteligente.
This work exposes the transformation and importance of knowledge, skills and capacities of human capital in organizations, establishes the importance of knowledge management to adapt the previous experience of the worker, with the skills of the position he occupies in the company, of in such a way that individual knowledge is enriched, but through sharing and socialization, a flow of organizational knowledge is achieved that benefits the company and the employees. This process of attention to the knowledge of human talent, goes through highlighting the importance of human capital as an invaluable asset of the company, which must be formed and trained to assume from their responsibility the fact of raising their performance levels, and baste with coherence of organizational objectives with yours, so that you feel that you are part of something, and that the company allows you to be. To achieve the changes that arise in the environment, organizations must become knowledge societies, where knowledge is shared, enriched and invigorated, making the company and intelligent organization.
