The use of conscious strategies, which allow the use of technologies and innovation, will strengthen the competitive advantage of young people, and lead them to achieve success; consider the new trends and focusing on the human component, where values will be fundamental to give added value in the opportunities. The role of young people in the organizations of this new era is significant, the efforts of companies to train them as future leaders will be based on a preparation that allows them to face the structural changes that organizations are going through, many of these composed of highly specialized unions, traditional such as the construction sector in Colombia. The need to adapt these companies to the new rules of the game imposed by globalization, demands a high challenge in terms of their capacity for innovation and application of new technologies; coexisting with the fact of betting everything to achieve high standards, being a country with many needs and an emerging economy. Part of the results of this research show how generational empowerment will allow perfect synergy between leaders in training and the parallel development of these adaptive organizational structures.
