Resumen
Con el presente ensayo se pretende analizar la problemática que tienen las empresas, antes de tomar la decisión de adoptar las normas que certifican la implementación de medidas de seguridad, para reducir las amenazas y riesgos, y así mejorar los controles dentro de la cadena de suministro. Para las organizaciones cuyo objeto económico son las operaciones de comercio exterior, mediante las importaciones y exportaciones de mercancías; ven la seguridad en la cadena de suministro como un factor diferenciador que se traduce en la competitividad frente al mercado de bienes y servicios y las normas que certifican los procesos juegan un papel importante de credibilidad y control; toda vez que son garantes de la seguridad frente a los demás países donde se comercializan los productos, y es por este motivo que se hace necesario implementar medidas de seguridad electrónica, que aportan al crecimiento de la las empresas y al desarrollo económico de nuestro país. En un mundo globalizado y de alto comercio internacional, así como exigentes en los estándares de calidad, poseer una certificación, da una confianza entre las partes contratantes para hablar un mismo lenguaje técnico y de confianza empresarial, teniendo la certeza que las empresas involucradas y acreditas son idóneas para realizar transacciones comerciales aplicando los estándares internacionales. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, las empresas están realizando procesos de certificación en la normas ISO 28000 “Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad de la Cadena de Suministro”, que protegen la mercancía desde el punto de fabricación hasta el punto de venta y la Norma BASC “Business Alliance for Secure Commerce”, alianza empresarial internacional que promueve un comercio seguro en cooperación con gobiernos y organismos internacionales, con el fin de cumplir con los estándares internacionales y así lograr una participación en las operaciones comerciales a nivel mundial, donde los gerentes y directivos deben evaluar cuidadosamente sus necesidades específicas en términos de seguridad y determinar el mercado de expansión más rentable para las empresas. Estas certificaciones son un reconocimiento del sector privado a los altos estándares alcanzados voluntariamente y con un deseo de distinción a otras empresas del mismo sector.
With the present test one tries to analyze the problematics that the companies have, before taking the decision to adopt the procedure that certify the implementation of safety measures, to reduce the threats and risks, and this way to improve the controls inside the chain of supply. For the organizations which economic object they are the operations of exterior trade, by means of the imports and exports of goods; they see the safety in the chain of supply as a factor diferenciador that is translated in the competitiveness opposite to the market of goods and services and the procedure that certify the processes play an important paper of credibility and control; although they are guarantors of the safety opposite to other countries where the products are commercialized, and it is for this motive that it becomes necessary to implement measures of electronic safety, which contribute to the growth of the companies and to the economic development of our country.In an included world and of high international trade, as well as demanding in the qualit standards, to possess a certification, it gives a confidence between the contracting parties to speak the same technical language and of managerial confidence, having the certainty that the involved companies and you accredit they are suitable to realize commercial transactions applying the international standards.
