Abstract
Con la declaración del 4 de mayo 2011, tras concluir un consejo de seguridad celebrado en el municipio de Tumaco, departamento de Nariño, el señor Presidente de la República, doctor Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, expresó ante los medios de comunicación que "Hace rato hay conflicto armado aquí en este país".
With the declaration of May 4, 2011 , after concluding a security meeting held in the municipality of Tumaco, Nariño Department , the President of the Republic, Dr. Juan Manuel Santos Calderon said to the media that " For a while there armed conflict here in this country. "
