Abstract
Este documento muestra el desarollo del plan de direccion de un proyecto cuyo objetivo es diseñar e implementar un Stand informativo que sea claro y accesible a todos los usuarios del SITP, que contenga información suficientemente clara, la cual, se encuentra plasmada en dos carteles; además de la instalación de puntos electrónicos de recarga de la tarjeta "tu llave". Se busca realizar este proyecto debido a los multiples problemas que resaltan los usuarios del SITP, con respecto al tipo de información que es suministrada por la pagina web de dicho sistema.
This paper shows the development of the plan of direction of a project to design and implement an information booth that is clear and accessible to all users of the SITP, containing clear enough information, which is embodied in two posters, plus installing electronic charging points card "your key". It seeks to do this project because of the multiple problems that highlight users SITP, regarding the type of information that is provided by the website of the system.
