Abstract
Este trabajo tubo como objetivo central el investigar y proponer una relación similar entre la estrategia del juego del ajedrez y como puede ser implementado por las personas que deben tomar decisiones en las organizaciones. Entender cómo funciona el juego y como está estructurada una organización para desarrollar trabajo en equipo altamente coordinado y funcionar de manera que el engranaje, permita la obtención de los logros organizacionales. Cuestiona el rol del gerente o quien deba por cuestiones de su desempeño laboral, tomar decisiones en una organización, para entender si podría ser posible, con la práctica continua de este juego, desarrollar destrezas para la toma de decisiones y habilidades que le sensibilicen sobre la mejor forma de obtener información de su entorno relacionándolo como su adversario. Adicionalmente entender cómo podría el tablero de juego convertirse en el escenario organizacional en el cual de la misma forma que se distribuyen las piezas del juego de ajedrez, así mismo se distribuyan las funciones y diferentes componentes de la estructura organizacional para lograr una estrategia y una toma de decisiones eficiente y positiva para la organización.
This work had as main objective research the relationship between the strategy-making process in chess and in organizations. Also seeks to understand how the game works and is structured as an organization for the development of teamwork in highly coordinated and functional form for yielding organizational achievements. Questions the role of the manager as to performance and decision making, to understand if it could be posible, with continued practice of this game, to develop skills for decision and skills that will raise awareness about the best way to get information relating them to their environment as their adversary. Additionally understand how could the game board become the organizational setting in which the same way the chess game pieces are distributed, also the functions are distributed as well as different components of organizational structure to achieve a strategy and make efficient and positive decisions for the organization.
