Resumen
Cómo puede mejorar en el Ejército Nacional el ambiente laboral que coadyuve al clima organizacional en beneficio de la Fuerza? Frente a ello, el objetivo es analizar el ambiente y clima organizacional en el contexto del Ejército Nacional, como sistema interdependiente altamente dinámico y eficiente que encamine la institución hacia la mejora. Al respeto, el ensayo se estructurara en cinco subtemas. En el primero, se identifica referentes teóricos de clima organizacional de Litwin y Stinger. En el segundo, se resalta la problemática que prevalece en el Ejército Nacional. En el tercero, se expone el ambiente laboral desde su conceptualización y relación con el riesgo psicosocial. En el cuarto, el clima organizacional a partir de conceptos, antecedentes y su injerencia perceptual. En el quinto, se proporcionan enfoques o directrices como posibles solucionesque conduzcan a la mejora del ambiente y del clima organizacional en la Fuerza; y finalmente, se brindan las conclusiones
How can the Army improve the work environment that contributes to organizational climate for the benefit of the Force? Against this, the aim is to analyze the environment and organizational climate in the context of the Army, as highly dynamic and efficient interdependent system to route the institution towards improvement. Respect, the test is structured in five sub-themes. In the first, theoretical framework of organizational climate Litwin and Stinger is identified. In the second, the problems prevailing in the Army is highlighted. In the third, the workplace is exposed from its conceptualization and relationship to psychosocial risk. In the fourth, the climate from organizational concepts, background and perceptual interference. In the fifth, approaches or guidelines as possible REMEDIES lead to improving the environment and organizational climate in the Force are provided; and finally, conclusions are given
