| dc.description.abstract | La Institución Educativa Distrital San Agustín de la localidad 18 Rafael Uribe Uribe, ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá, cuenta anualmente con un presupuesto que está destinado a actividades educativas, entre las cuales se encuentran: Educación Sexual, Formación de Valores, Formación Técnica para el trabajo, Medio Ambiente y prevención de desastres, compra de equipos en beneficio de los estudiantes, Fomento de la cultura, otros proyectos, la idea de estos proyectos es fortalecer el PEI (Proyecto Educativo Institucional)del colegio, entre otras. Sin embargo, anualmente no se realizan análisis y estudios de efectividad y cumplimiento de los objetivos de dichos programas, así como tampoco se cuenta con un análisis detallado de los manejos que se dan a dichos recursos, estipulando así una auditoría y control tanto financiera como de gestión de dichas actividades. Debido a dicha problemática, surge la necesidad de efectuar un estudio de los gastos de inversión dentro del presupuesto del Colegio, para determinar si en efecto los recursos económicos, tecnológicos y humanos, están cumpliendo con la labor y funciones estipuladas para dicho fin, o si por el contrario hay baches e ineficiencias en dichos aspectos. | spa |
