| dc.description.abstract | Las entidades educativas requieren de Directores que realicen una excelente gestión para que se pueda llevar a cabo el cumplimiento efectivo de las metas trazadas por la misma y así poder entregar un alto estándar educativo, alta calidad en la ejecución de sus procesos y la posibilidad de certificar la institución en calidad.
Para ello es necesario identificar cual es el rol y la importancia de un Director en la gestión educativa policial, partiendo del principio que la Policía Nacional de Colombia en este momento se encuentra certificando sus instituciones educativas en el sistema de gestión de calidad.
Para la época que nos atañe y con miras al postconflicto es necesario el fortalecimiento y el profesionalismo de nuestros hombres y mujeres policías, quienes serán los encargados de brindar un mejor servicio con calidez y calidad a nuestros ciudadanos. | spa |
