Resumen
Se plantea y aborda las diferentes inquietudes que se presentan en el área de almacenamiento de un centro de distribución; área que es muy importante y sensible, porque allí es donde se debe controlar y manejar los inventarios, tomando el mejor y más apropiado de los sistemas de gestión para minimizar los errores, para administrar y controlar el mismo, ya que este es un problema latente en el mundo logístico; es por esto que se busca tener una mayor confiabilidad y agilidad en la generación de reportes sobre esta área, teniendo en cuenta lo complejo que puede llegar hacer este proceso dentro de cada organización, por la no confiablidad de la información.
Se procedió con un análisis cualitativo, desarrollado por medio de entrevistas teniendo en cuenta dos centros de distribución, lo cual permite identificar cuáles son los inconvenientes, la necesidad y oportunidades, las cuales se deben ajustar en la herramienta y se evalúa opciones presentes en el mercado.
Los resultados obtenidos en este artículo demuestran que al implementar un sistema 100% integrado de Almacén-Financiero, este da un mayor aporte en la gestión, es por esto que coincidió, que una de los mejores y más aptos Sistema de Gestión para Almacenes es SAP, pero a la vez coincidieron en que este puede ser uno de los más costos por el tema de certificación, mantenimiento y apoyo para su manejo. Sin desconocer el aporte que ha realizado WMS, el cual debe ir a la exigencia de la globalización de los mercados
We propose and address the different concerns that arise in the storage area of a distribution center; area that is very important and sensible, because there is where you control and manage inventories, taking the best and most appropriate management systems to minimize errors, to manage and control it, as this is a latent problem in the logistics world; is why we are looking to have greater reliability and speed in generating reports on this area, given the complexity can make this process within each organization, non driveability of information.
We proceeded with a qualitative analysis, developed through interviews given two distribution centers, allowing identify the problems, the need and opportunities are, which must be set in the tool options present is evaluated on the market .
The results obtained here show that by implementing 100% integrated system Warehouse-Financial, this gives a greater contribution in management, is why we agreed that one of the best and fittest Management System for Storage is SAP but both agreed that this may be one of the most cost over the issue of certification, maintenance and support for management. Without ignoring the contribution it has made WMS, which must go to the demands of globalization of markets
