| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo contiene los parámetros o actividades de prevención, atención o requisitos para el transporte de combustible en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. este está dirigido al personal, comunidad o entidades relacionadas con esta área y se orientó a una zona de alta influencia como lo es bosa porvenir, bosa recreo, bosa Brasil, buscando percibir una muestra detallada de los requisitos que debe contemplar para la prevención y cumplimiento de normas establecidas por el gobierno para el transporte de sustancias peligrosas para rutas vulnerables. Estos parámetros se identifican a partir del desarrollo de entrevistas en varios niveles y permiten identificar puntos críticos en le cadena como son falta de infraestructura vial, falta de vías de acceso, falta de cultura ciudadana y falta de información de la comunidad, todo detectado en este método de recolección de información no probabilístico. Una vez realizado el análisis de la información y confrontada necesidad vs norma se establece un plan de capacitación al personal involucrado con temas básicos de mercancías peligrosas, primeros auxilios y control de incendios, buscando estructurar procesos seguros desde el inicio hasta el final de la cadena logística de abastecimiento. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Contents of this article are related with the parameters or activities about the prevention, attention or requirements for the transport of fuel oil at Bogota D.C. This article is focused on staff, community or entities associated with the transport of fuel. This research has been orientated at high-risk influence zones as they are Bosa Porvenir, Bosa Recreo and Bosa Brasil. This investigation is based on a detailed analysis and requirements, which are established from the local Government aims to the prevention and the accomplishment of the established rules for the transportation of dangerous substances over vulnerable routes Those parameters were identified with the realization of interviews at some community levels and they showed some critic points in the transport chain, as they are lack of road infrastructure, lack of information about transport of fuel, as well as lack of consciousness from the communities about civic responsibilities. These issues are demonstrated by the collection of information based on no-probabilistic method.
