Abstract
Este artículo pone en manifiesto algunos problemas de la movilidad actual y su impacto social y del medio ambiente, una vez entrado en operación un porcentaje importante de la entrada en operación el Sistema Integrado de Transporte Publico (SITP).
La implementación del SITP, acompañado con políticas de conservación del medio ambiente, justicia social y Competitividad para la ciudad capital, son las alternativas para transformar los problemas del esquema actual en oportunidades de mejora. Pero esto, debe ir acompañado con planes de monitoreo que garanticen la implementación del cambio de la mejor manera, que reduzcan los impactos negativos que puedan generarse durante y el después de la entrada en operación del nuevo sistema.
Se propone una serie de recomendaciones que reduzcan el impacto negativo que pueda llegar a ocasionar la entrada en operación el nuevo sistema de transporte público en la ciudad de Bogotá y mitigar sobre costos y desgastes innecesarios que pueden llegar a afectar la calidad de vida de los habitantes y su posibilidad de vivir en una ciudad con grandes posibilidades de competitividad y desarrollo.
This article revealed some problems in the current mobility and social impact and the environment, once entered into operation a significant percentage of the startup Integrated Public Transport System (SITP).
The implementation of the SITP, accompanied by policies of environmental conservation, social justice and Competitiveness for the capital city, are the alternatives to transform the problems of the current scheme on opportunities for improvement. But this should be accompanied with monitoring plans to ensure the implementation of change in the best way, to reduce the negative impacts that may arise during and after the coming into operation of the new system.
Intends a series of recommendations to reduce the negative impact that may potentially cause the startup's new public transport system in the city of Bogotá and mitigate cost and unnecessary wear that may affect the quality of life of the inhabitants and their ability to live in a city with great potential for competitiveness and development.
