Resumen
La minería responsable y sostenible, es una tendencia actual que se ha adoptado en Colombia por el gobierno nacional para regular dicha actividad entre las multinacionales mineras interesadas en explotar en territorio nacional, ante esto, se han presentado una serie de factores claves para lograr que el modelo adoptado logre su objetivo inicial y no se deje permear por prácticas irregulares y conflictos éticos que perjudiquen el futuro de las comunidades y los ecosistemas. En ese orden de ideas, en este ensayo se ha utilizado un modelo estructural de reflexión colectiva, con la intervención de expertos en minería para determinar en qué proporciones se requiere de variables como la responsabilidad social empresarial, la mejora continua, la ética en los negocios, las necesidades de la comunidad y la necesidad de mitigar el impacto ambiental para establecer un escenario futuro donde sea posible desarrollar el modelo de minería responsable y sostenible sin dejarse afectar por la corrupción y el conflicto de intereses ya que se está negociando el futuro de un estado y los recursos a explotar son no renovables.
The responsible and sustainable mining is a trend that has been adopted in Colombia by the national government to regulate the activity between multinational mining companies interested in operating in national territory, before this, there have been a series of key factors to achieve the model adopted to achieve its initial objective and do not be permeated by irregular practices and ethical conflicts that prejudice the future of communities and ecosystems. In this order of ideas, this paper has used a structural model of collective reflection with the intervention of mining experts to determine in what proportions it requires variables such as corporate social responsibility, continuous improvement, ethics in business the needs of the community and the need to mitigate the environmental impact in favour of establishing a future scenario where possible develop the model of responsible and sustainable mining undismayed by corruption and conflict of interest and they are negotiating the future of a state and exploit resources are non-renewable.
