Abstract: De los 32 departamentos con los que cuenta Colombia, solo uno de ellos no ha reportado incidentes con explosivos, departamento de San Andrés y Providencia, lo que denota una generalizada problemática nacional de la cual no escapa ninguna población. Estos eventos dada la gravedad de secuelas que dejan en las victimas deben ser atendidos, investigados y penalizados por las autoridades colombianas. Es deber del Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación investigar este delito sin importar la región del país en que sucedan los hechos o las victimas que se puedan presentar en los incidentes.
Abstract: Of the 32 departments are there in Colombia, only one of them has no reported incidents involving explosives, department of San Andres and Providencia, reflecting a widespread national problem which does not escape any population. These events given the severity of sequelae that leave victims must be addressed, investigated and penalized by the Colombian authorities. It is the duty of the Technical Investigation investigate this crime regardless of region of the country where the events occur or victims that may arise in the incidents. Given the seriousness of the criminal phenomenon in Colombia is required to take immediate action to ensure the technical and investigative efficiency of criminal proceedings conducted by the judicial police. It's just clear that the statistics of criminal events is overflowing making it difficult and sometimes impossible to quick attention of justice in all these events.
