Abstract
Hoy en día existen muchos docentes que siguen utilizando el modelo de enseñanza tradicional en los procesos educativos, debido a que el conocimiento se trasmite de igual forma al que fueron enseñados, está es una realidad a la que se ven expuestos la mayoría de los estudiantes de básica y media de las instituciones del estado. Por tal razón el presente ensayo tiene como objetivo identificar y conocer algunas de las causas que influyen sobre el docente de Educación Física al momento de ejercer su práctica docente utilizando un modelo tradicional en la actualidad. Además, se proponen algunas alternativas que conduzcan a un cambio desde un punto de vista pedagógico a partir de la investigación y recolección de información realizada para darle el sustento a este documento.
Nowadays, there are many teachers that keep using the traditional teaching model in the educational processes, because their knowledge is transmitted in the same way that they were taught, this is a reality to which most of the primary and secondary students are exposed in the Institutions of the State. For that reason, this essay has as objective to identify and to meet some of the causes that influence over the Physical Education Teacher at the moment to perform his Teaching Practice using a traditional model in the present. Moreover, it is proposing some alternatives that lead to a change from a pedagogical view point from the investigation and the gathering information done to give support to this document.
