dc.description.abstractEl propósito de éste análisis es situar la necesidad de competencia, inteligencia y humildad cultural como una característica prioritaria en las destrezas gerencial y de liderazgo. La competencia en gerenciar una fuerza laboral multicultural y global mejorará los resultados organizacionales toda vez que los ambientes económicos de Colombia se convierten más incluyentes en términos de globalización. En esta investigación, se contextualizan conceptos de multiculturalismo en el área gerencial y luego se presentan y analizan algunas estrategias enfocadas en la situación actual de negocios de Colombia para fortalecer las compañías multinacionales y la inversión extranjera a través del liderazgo culturalmente incluyente impulsando el potencial de la fuerza de trabajo con una mentalidad global.spa

Proficiency in managing a multicultural and a global workforce will improve organizational outcomes as Colombia’s economic landscapes become more inclusive of globalization.
