Abstract
A nivel mundial es fundamental el desarrollo y evolución de los países ya que estos cambios influyen en toda la humanidad de manera positiva; en el siglo XXI Colombia es un país que ha demostrado al mundo una evolución significativa a nivel organizacional y se considera que el principio fundamental para lograr estos objetivos es el “trabajo en equipo”.
Muchas de las organizaciones Colombianas han adoptado metodologías para el desarrollo de su trabajo en equipo, logrando optimizar y potenciar su desempeño, el objetivo es analizar cómo ha sido tomado el concepto de trabajo en equipo desde sus diferentes perspectivas y cuáles son los beneficios obtenidos a nivel organizacional.

Globally it is essential the development and evolution of the countries as these changes affect all humanity positively; in the XXI century Colombia is a country that has shown the world a significant development at the organizational level and is considered to be the fundamental principle for achieving these goals is the "teamwork".
Many of the Colombian organizations have adopted methodologies for the development of their teamwork, managing to optimize and enhance their performance, the aim is to analyze how it has been taken the concept of teamwork from their different perspectives and what are the benefits at the level organizational.
