Resumen
El uso de mediaciones tecnológicas en el aula de clase permite que el docente proponga una nueva metodología implementando actividades en las que la teoría y la práctica se fusionan y se demuestra que el desarrollo de las competencias en el manejo de redes sociales puede ayudar a educar a una sociedad. Este texto expone los resultados de una investigación elaborada en el Gimnasio Moderno Santa Bárbara en la que se involucraron instrumentos tecnológicos (celulares) con tres redes sociales: Facebook, YouTube y WhatsApp, todo bajo las teorías de David Ausubel (Aprendizaje Significativo), Lev Vygotski (Teoría Sociocultural) y Reuven Feuerstein (Aprendizaje Mediado). La metodología utilizada es cualitativa y enmarcada en un estudio de caso, consta de observación participante y grupos focales aplicados a los estudiantes de grado décimo y undécimo de la institución en los que se realizó una interpretación de los testimonios obtenidos, y se muestra al final cómo esta herramienta puede ayudar al aprendizaje desde la motivación de los estudiantes.
The use of technological mediations in the classroom allows the teacher to propose a new methodology implementing activities in which the theory and the practice fuse and it is demonstrated that the development of the competitions in the handling of social networks can help to educate a society. This text exhibits the results of an investigation prepared in the Gimnasio Moderno Santa Bárbara in which were included technological instruments (cellphones) in three social networks: Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp, quite under the theories of David Ausubel (Significant Learning), Lev Vygotski (Sociocultural Theory) and Reuven Feuerstein (Half-full Learning). The used methodology is qualitative and framed in a case study, it consists of taking part observation and focal groups applied to the students of tenth grade and eleventh of the institution in whom there was realized an interpretation of the obtained testimonies, and in the end it shows how this tool can help to learning from the motivation of the students
