Resumen
El presente trabajo realiza la comparación para atender los casos que llegan diariamente a la gerencia de facturación prepago utilizando el método actual y diseñando un grupo de trabajo especializado para dar solución de una manera más rápida y efectiva a los millones de usuarios que cuenta la empresa. El documento presenta los actuales problemas que presenta la gerencia y se muestra una posible solución a los inconvenientes que se generan hoy en día. A través del presente documento se quiere identificar cuáles de los métodos presentados desde una perspectiva de costos es mejor garantizando que los tiempos de SLA´S se cumplan ya que este es uno de los mayores problemas que se presenta generando una PQR (Peticiones, Quejas y Reclamaciones) y aumentando los costos a la gerencia.
This paper discusses and illustrates the main guidelines for submission of the thesis in the format of a scientific paper for students of the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada on the Project Management Program, which is required to complete the educational process and to obtain the degree of specialist. The paper presents, step by step, the bodies of the article and its content, in order to properly describe the research process conducted by the graduate student; the shown sections on the development of the manuscript constitute itself, the guide to follow in the process of writing the thesis work. Through the implementation of the document presented, it is possible to obtain a guideline that allows the graduate students of the Faculty of Engineering, compose the processes followed and the results of the thesis work in a format based on theoretical foundations and scientific language.
