dc.description.abstractEn esta investigación se busca analizar el fenómeno de la expatriación a partir de los actores brasileños que se embarcaran en el desafío de llegar a Colombia a través de sus empresas. Fueron seleccionados expatriados de empresas de cuatro (4) diferentes sectores y se exploraron asuntos de cuño cultural, a través de las informaciones obtenidas se realiza la descripción, análisis e interpretación de los datos en busca de distintas dimensiones para así descubrir cómo estos ejecutivos y sus familias se adaptaron a diferencias culturales, con este estudio se pretende contribuir con la generación de estrategias empresariales en sus procesos de adaptación para la integración de nuevos profesionales expatriados que llegan en Colombia.spa
