Abstract
En el presente trabajo se desarrolla la metodología para los estudios de vulnerabilidad sísmica y la patología estructural para las edificaciones con caracterización patrimonial.
Una gran parte de las edificaciones fueron construidas en la época colonial y son consideradas como patrimonio nacional. A través del conocimiento de cuáles han sido los criterios de establecimiento y valoración para estos Bienes de Interés Cultural, BIC, se pueden definir los niveles de intervención de los mismos, y el tipo de obras que se pueden acometer en estas edificaciones. Se identifican los métodos de análisis de una edificación, contenidos de los estudios, sus alcances y métodos utilizados para en su ejecución, y todo lo concerniente a su desarrollo en las diferentes edificaciones. Se hace un acercamiento al Complejo Hospitalario San Juan de Dios (CHSJD), contexto del caso de estudio, considerando su aspecto histórico, su valoración como patrimonio nacional y se realiza la descripción del complejo edilicio.
Mediante el análisis del caso de estudio del edificio 21, se realizó una aproximación a la forma de la realización de estudios de vulnerabilidad sísmica y patología estructural para esta edificación, y se pudieron identificar las variables y criterios escogidos para la elaboración de los mismos.De acuerdo con esto, se plantea una metodología que puede ser aplicable a los diferentes inmuebles que se consideran BIC, y de manera adicional, se sugiere que ésta metodología pueda ser usada para la evaluación de las otras edificaciones que conforman el CHSJD.
In the present work the methodology develops for the studies of seismic vulnerability and the structural pathology for buildings with hereditary characterization.
A big part of the buildings was constructed in the colonial epoch and there are considered to be a national heritage. Across the knowledge which have been the criteria of establishment and evaluation for these Bienes of Cultural Interest, BCI there can be defined the levels of intervention of the same ones, and the type of works that can be developed in these buildings. There are identified the methods of analysis of a building, contents of the studies, and methods used for in its execution, and everything relating to its development in the different buildings. There does an approach to the San Juan de Dios Hospitable Complex( SJDHC) , context of the case of study, considering its historical aspect, its evaluation as national heritage and the description of the characteristics of the complex. By means of the analysis of the case of study, 21 building, an approach was realized to the form of the achievement of studies of seismic vulnerability and structural pathology for this building, and there could be identified the variables and criteria chosen for the making of the same ones. In accordance with this, there appears a methodology that can be applicable to the different Buildings that BCI considers, and in an additional way, it´s suggested, that this work, could be used as a methodology for the evaluation of the other buildings of SJDHC.
