Resumen
La política criminal del Estado colombiano es muy criticada en la actualidad incluso la Corte Constitucional ha declarado su naturaleza populista e inestable, esto genera que dicho desequilibrio repercuta en cada uno de los sectores que integran esta política, problemática que en el presente, ha querido ser modificada por el mismo gobierno colombiano; el cual, ha proyectado y sancionado varias leyes que la han restructurado, reformas entre las que se encuentra el replanteamiento del Principio de Oportunidad como medio para la descongestión del sistema penitenciario y carcelario del país; permitiéndole un ámbito de aplicación más amplio. En este contexto la presente investigación busca establecer la concordancia que tiene la aplicación de este principio en la jurisdicción penal militar con la esencia misma de este tipo de justicia penal, para lo cual es necesario analizar la práctica de este principio dentro de esta jurisdicción, junto con sus presupuestos, en suma, todo el contenido teórico de este principio y esta justicia. De esta manera se dividirá temáticamente este escrito en tres ejes, el primero conceptualizará el Principio de Oportunidad, el segundo hará lo propio con la justicia penal militar, para terminar con el análisis sobre la concordancia entre estos.

In this context the present investigation seeks to establish the concordance of the application of this principle in the military criminal jurisdiction the very essence of this type of criminal justice, which is necessary to analyze its enforcement, along with their budgets, sum, all the theoretical content of this principle and the military criminal justice system. Thus this paper is divided thematically into three axes, the first to conceptualize the principle of opportunity, the second will do the same with the military criminal justice, to end the analysis of the concordance of these
