Resumen
La innovación en los sistemas económicos, la mutación de las relaciones de consumo y las garantías a los consumidores, presentan hoy en día una revolución que acompañada con las herramientas tecnológicas crean nuevas formas de emprendimiento y renuevan por completo el concepto de productividad y propiedad, en este sentido es importante destacar, que a través del pasar del tiempo, la economía y la tecnología han jugado un papel significativo dentro del mundo que cada día se encuentra más globalizado, donde las barreras territoriales ya no son un impedimento para el desarrollo económico que da lugar a la mutación no solo de la tecnología, sino también de los mercados y es gracias a esta transformación y cambio constante que se logra llegar al auge empresarial y corporativo.
Lo anterior, cobra sentido y se encuentra materializado en los modelos económicos digitales que se popularizaron desde comienzos del año 2008, donde varias plataformas digitales decidieron innovar fusionando el sistema financiero y de inversión con las plataformas tecnológicas, expandiéndose y cobrando fuerza a nivel mundial. Es evidente el éxito que a la fecha han tenido estas plataformas electrónicas de economía colaborativa (el caso particular de Uber y AirBnB) que han logrado no solo extenderse a nivel mundial sino romper con los paradigmas y ganar terreno en aspectos jurídicos y sociales, y no es para menos teniendo en cuenta su gran influencia en los mercados globales, otorgando la posibilidad a todas las personas de acceder a bienes y servicios de calidad mediante el uso de plataformas tecnológicas. Esto es una consecuencia de la era del consumo y la digitalización, donde la innovación avanza más rápido que la regulación y normativización.
The innovation in the economic systems, the mutation in the consumption relations and the users guaranties, nowadays show a revolution that goes with the technological skills that build new ways to undertake and renew completely the productivity and property concept, in this way it’s important to highlight, that through the time, the economy and the technology have played a significant role in a world that day by day has been globalized, where the territorial walls are not a hindrance for the economic development, that gives a place to the mutation not only technological but also to the markets and thanks to this transformation and constantly change that manage arrive to the business and corporate boom.
The last, has sense and its found materialized in the economic digital model that popularized from the beginning of 2008, where a lot of digital platforms decided to innovate making a merger between the financial and investment system with the technological platforms, expanding and taking force worldwide. It’s obvious the success that to the date have these economy electronic platforms (the particular case Uber and AirBnB) that have achieve expanding not just worldwide but also breaking with the paradigms and winning ground in juridical and social aspects, and it’s no wonder counting the big influence in the global markets, giving the chance to all the people to access to goods and quality services by the use of technological platforms. This is a consequence of the digital and consumption age, where the innovation goes faster than the regulation and the normative.
