Abstract: A partir de la decisión de una empresa de incursionar en un mercado considerado riesgoso, teniendo en cuenta las investigaciones plasmadas que más adelante se expondrán se busca influenciar la toma decisión final de esta empresa de incursionar, o no, en dicho mercando. Para ello, se hará un análisis de la trayectoria que ha tenido esta empresa en los diferentes mercados en donde tiene presencia, buscando así revisar los antecedentes tanto de éxito como de fracaso, a partir de su propia experiencia. Adicional a ello, se incluirán datos o estadísticas de los riesgos que implica el invertir en este país desde la perspectiva de su PIB, sus índices de pobreza, su riesgo al inversionista extranjero, sus condiciones labores y su legislación mercantil.
Abstract: From the decision of a company to enter a market considered Risky, taking into account the investigations embodied in the Exposed will seek to influence the final decision of this company of Venturing, or not, into said market. To do this, an analysis will be made of the trajectory that this company has had in the Different markets in which it has a presence, thus seeking to History of both success and failure, from his own experience. In addition, data or statistics on the risks involved in investing In this country from the perspective of its GDP, its poverty rates, its risk to Foreign investor, their labor conditions and their commercial legislation.
