Abstract: El comercio detallista siempre ha estado en constante cambio, y en el caso Colombiano en los últimos tres años ha venido presentando, quizás el más interesante dinamismo, marcado por un entorno desacelerado y reservado de la economía, las nuevas tendencias de consumo y las rápidas evoluciones tecnológicas. Dentro de todo esto encontramos como la competencia entre los diferentes tipos de canales del retail como supermercados y tiendas tradicionales, se ha vuelto fuertemente reñida, haciendo que la torta del mercado, se divida casi a partes iguales, de acuerdo a Nielsen en su informe de 2015 sobre las 6 tendencias del retail en américa latina, en Colombia los autos servicios representan el 49% de la participación del mercado retail
Abstract: The retail trade has always been in constant change, and in the Colombian case in the last three years has been presenting, perhaps the most interesting dynamism, marked by a decelerated and reserved environment of the economy, new consumption trends and rapid evolutions Technological developments. Within all of this we find that competition between different types of retail channels such as supermarkets and traditional stores has become strongly opposed, causing the market pie to be divided almost equally, according to Nielsen in his report 2015 on the 6 retail trends in latin america, in Colombia the services autos represent 49% of the participation of the retail market.
