Abstract
La cultura es la manifestación del comportamiento humano, que se ha mantenido y transmitido a través del tiempo de generación en generación, incluso, algunas de dichas manifestaciones han quedado de manera tangible por medio del arte, la arquitectura, escritura entre otras, de manera intangible en el conocimiento, creencias y en general la forma de hacer las cosas. La organización de los seres humanos para la consecución de objetivos en común ha permitido la creación de empresas, cuya función en la sociedad es de relevancia para sí misma, para quienes la componen y las comunidades en las que influye.
