Abstract: Un Buen Servicio al Cliente es calificado óptimo solamente si éste logra satisfacer las necesidades y deseos del cliente. Lo que indica que los esfuerzos del área correspondiente deben concentrarse hacia las necesidades del cliente, a fin de que el servicio otorgado y recibido sea lo que el cliente realmente necesita.
Abstract: A good service the customer is qualified optimal only if it achieves to the needs and desires of the customer. This indicates that the efforts of the corresponding area should focus towards the needs of the client, to the service given and received are what the customer really needs.
