| Abstract: | La producción avícola en el país presenta una serie de complicaciones en temáticas ambientales puesto que sus actividades cotidianas generan una elevada cantidad de productos no utilizables. Por tal motivo surge la necesidad de cuantificar los principales impactos y así verificar que la granja sujeta al estudio presenta algún tipo de perturbación de importancia ambiental, puesto que la organización debe propender por la sostenibilidad en sus procesos y consecuentemente una mejora en sus rendimientos, para esto se va a realizar una evaluación de impacto ambiental de una granja avícola en Fusagasugá, se identificaron los impactos mediante la aplicación de la guía “buenas prácticas avícolas” ajustándolas a las lógicas actuales del sistema mediante observaciones en procesos coyunturales, posterior a esto se evaluará su nivel de significancia mediante la metodología de Conesa y se realizará un plan de manejo ambiental (PMA) de los impactos más relevantes (críticos), generando una serie de recomendaciones para su posible implementación con un análisis de costos. Como resultado del ejercicio se evidenció que los impactos más significativos en la evaluación fueron características físico-químicas de aguas superficiales, emisión de olores y generación de residuos sólidos inorgánicos algunos de estos aspectos son los más limitantes en la avicultura contemporánea. |
| Abstract: | In Colombia, the poultry production has different environmental complications due the amount of useless products result of the daily activities of the industry. For this reason it's necessary to cuantificate the main impacts of the farm. The quantification makes possible to verify if the farm of the study has any kind of environmental perturbation. However, the organization must guarantee the sostenibility in their processes, to achieve that they need to improve their performance. We are going to to make an evaluation of enviromental impact o farm located in the fusagasuga’s municipality. The impacts will be identified through the application of the "good poultry practices" guide, adjusting them to the current logics of the system through observations in conjunctural processes, after which its level of significance will be assessed using the Conesa methodology and a plan of Environmental management (PMA) of the most relevant (critical) impacts, generating a series of recommendations for its possible implementation with a cost analysis. As a result of the exercise, it was shown that the most significant impacts in the evaluation were physical-chemical characteristics of surface water, odor emission and inorganic solid waste generation. Some of these aspects are the most limiting in contemporary poultry farming. |
