Abstract
En la actualidad los municipios tienen una la labor de orientar y planificar el desarrollo territorial. Para estos efectos existen instrumentos de planeación y gestión del desarrollo territorial como el Plan de Desarrollo (PD) y el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT), estos incluyen políticas nacionales, departamentales y recopilan los programas de gobierno de los mandatarios, estos a su vez trasmiten las necesidades y expectativas de la comunidad.
La realización de los planes se hace de manera participativa entre las instituciones y la comunidad para un fin específico que es el bienestar de los mismos que es organizar su territorio buscando el bienestar social y desarrollo de la región.
Para el tema puntual de Cajicá se realiza un análisis de Plan de Ordenamiento, donde se haya unas falencias y se sugiere posibles soluciones
At present the municipalities have one the task of orienting and planning the territorial development. For these effects, there are instruments for planning and managing territorial development such as the Development Plan (PD) and the Territorial Planning Plan (POT), which include national, departmental and government policies, Transmit the needs and expectations of the community.
The realization of the plans is done in a participatory way between the institutions and the community for a specific purpose that is the welfare of the same that is to organize their territory seeking the social welfare and development of the region.
For the punctual topic of Cajicá an analysis of Plan of Ordination is realized, where there are some shortcomings and possible solutions are suggested
