dc.description.abstractenglishRenewable or alternative energies are all those that for their generation use inexhaustible natural sources, either because of the large amount of energy they contain or because of their autonomy to regenerate by natural means. Its implementation and use date back several decades but have not been properly exploited due to several components that regulate its implementation. With the present investigation, it is tried in an objective and integral way to identify the barriers that must cross the projects of implementation of sources of renewable or alternative energies and their technologies; To achieve a position in Colombia, it will try to solve a question that is posed in the middle: why Colombia is not a pioneer in renewable energy systems?
