| Abstract: | En Colombia se viene dando un proceso de transformación, después de cinco décadas de guerra fratricida cada uno de los actores del conflicto llevaron unos diálogos que aunque con muchos tropiezos lograron llegar a unos acuerdos finales con la aceptación de unos y el rechazo de otros. Superada ésta etapa, se pasa a la del postconflicto; más compleja aún, por las características en que se dieron los acuerdos, por la cantidad de hombres que van a quedar a la deriva y por el mismo hecho de que se cumpla lo pactado. |
| Abstract: | In Colombia a process of transformation has taken place, after five decades of fratricidal war each of the actors of the conflict led dialogues that although with many obstacles they managed to reach final agreements with the acceptance of some and the rejection of others. Once this stage is over, it is passed on to the postconflict; More complex still, by the characteristics in which the agreements were given, by the number of men who are going to remain adrift and by the same fact that the agreement is fulfilled. |
