Today as globalization advances and all processes undergo transformation deep organizations also. Manage an organization today, is not the same to as it was ten years ago. People have also been transformed and emerging new concepts such as intellectual capital and the form in which it is perceived or managed within organizations, this is known as an intangible asset.
The term of an intangible asset has undergone a series of changes since it not only encompasses the intellectual capital, according to studies in psychology, the intangible assets of a person contain the attitudes, skills and ability to interact in society. This makes the personnel administration to revalue the way in which it manages human talent, and as from the working groups the leaders encourage and seek the way to take advantage of these intangible become tangible, i.e. take the capabilities of partners and translate it into business success.
On the issue of leadership is establishing a series of styles of leaders, but these styles are basically focused on the achievement of the goals more than the well-being of employees. In this order of ideas in modern administration comes a new concept, the managers of happiness. GEFE (for its acronym in Spanish).
