otras, generando gran impacto emocional y sensorial.
| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Neuromarketing is the application of neuroscience techniques in marketing research, with
the purpose of interpreting and analyzing brain processes, in addition to forecasting and initiating
the consumer buying process, when they making a decision. There are three types of
neuromarketing related to the senses of the human being, among which are: visual, auditory and
kinesthetic, the latter comprises taste, touch and smell. In the same way, he uses brain techniques
such as Electroencephalography (EEG), Functional Magnetic Resonance (MRI),
Magnetoencephalography (MEG) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET), in addition to the
evaluation of physiological responses through Eye Tracking, Galvanic Skin Response,
Electromyography (EMG) or Heart Rate. (EEG), Functional Magnetic Resonance (MRI),
Magnetoencephalography (MEG) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET), additionally uses
the evaluation of physiological responses through Eye Tracking or Ocular Monitoring, Galvanic
Skin Response, Electromyography (EMG) or Cardiac Rhythm.
This is done with the purpose of helping companies know, understand and analyze
consumer behavior, as well as the incidence of social, cultural, psychological and personal
factors, when making a purchase decision. This is fundamental when developing services and
products that meet individual and specific needs, achieving consumer loyalty, positioning the
brand, among others, generating great emotional and sensorial impact. This is because, during
the development of the document, it is evident the utility and importance that is and will be
representing, for marketing and organizations, the new way of studying consumer behavior when
deciding which product or service to acquire in the purchase. | eng |
