Abstract
Dangerous Goods, All the developments that until today have been implemented in the airline industry, have not yet managed to stop the incidents that continue to occur in air transport, for this reason, the challenges that we have in the matter of continuing to analyze and seeking to mitigate the incidents that have claimed lives, destroyed hundreds of aircraft and generated millions of losses are still in the sights of science and the airline industry.
As a proposal for improvement, it is concluded that the practice in terms of containment and manipulation and in turn in the process of continuous improvement could be part of the initial and recurrent training in order to generate in the employees of the airlines, the ability to act more quickly and assertively before an event (incident) or to make more appropriate decisions when transporting dangerous goods safely for all.
