Abstract
La presente investigación se basa en fuentes de información especializadas para identificar los factores que podrían afectar las exportaciones de carne y leche desde Colombia hacia Corea del Sur, teniendo en cuenta que ya se encuentra establecido el tratado de libre comercio entre estos dos países y que cada uno tiene sus políticas internas para los procesos aduaneros y procesos de producción que permiten marcar la diferencia a la hora de realizar el intercambio de productos gracias a esta alianza, como punto de referencia se tomaron las teorías de David Ricardo (Ventaja Comparativa) y de Porter (Enfoque de Competitividad). Gracias a las fuentes de información se establecieron cuatro capítulos para desarrollar el documento, en primer lugar se tuvieron en cuenta los artículos del tratado de libre comercio para analizar las ventajas competitivas que podrían tener las exportaciones de carne y leche con los artículos relacionados, en segundo lugar se describen algunos factores que podrían afectar las relaciones comerciales entre Colombia y Corea del Sur en cuanto a barreras de entrada y procesos de producción. En tercer lugar se identifican los competidores en los dos sectores tratados realizando una comparación con los índices de consumo en Corea del Sur y por último se realiza una matriz de análisis logrando determinar los factores que afectan el nivel de competitividad en las exportaciones de carne y leche hacia Corea del Sur desde Colombia.
The present investigation is based on specialized information sources to identify the factors that could affect the exports of meat and milk from Colombia to South Korea, taking into account that the free trade agreement between these two countries is already established and that each one has its internal policies for customs processes and production processes that make a difference when making the exchange of products thanks to this alliance, as the point of reference took the theories of David Ricardo (Comparative Advantage) and Porter (Competitiveness Approach). Thanks to the information sources, four chapters were established to develop the document. First, the articles of the free trade agreement were taken into account to analyze the competitive advantages that exports of meat and milk could have with the related articles. Some factors that could affect trade relations between Colombia and South Korea in terms of barriers to entry and production processes are described. Third, the competitors in the two treated sectors are identified, making a comparison with the consumption indices in South Korea and, finally, an analysis matrix is made, determining the factors that affect the level of competitiveness in meat and milk exports. to South Korea from Colombia.
