Abstract
The elaboration of this work derived from the research, entitled "Diagnosis and characterization of the occupational hazards of Teleworking in Bogotá D.C. 2017 "code INV-EES-2343, financed by the Military University Nueva Granada, Bogotá, Colombia, 2017. From which its objective was to design a methodology for the identification of hazards, risk assessment and implementation of controls for the population teleworker. The research had a methodology of descriptive type, which allowed for a wide documentary review, which served as an input for the preparation of the same, which seeks to provide solutions and support companies with Teleworking.
For the execution of the methodology, three phases were carried out; the first was the exhaustive revision of the existing and current legislation on Teleworking in Colombia, where the most relevant standards were taken, to establish normatively how this modality is found in the country. The SWOT analysis was carried out with the existing methodologies such as GTC 45 (v.2012), RAM, William Fine among others, exposing the advantages and disadvantages of each, taking the result of this analysis as reference for the development of the tool .
The second phase consisted of establishing the criteria to prepare the Matrix that is adapted to the conditions in which the teleworkers are, after this the guide was made for the identification of dangers, risk assessment and implementation of controls for the telework mode : "NALE". Finally, the third phase was based on determining by means of a validation by experts the feasibility of the tool, using the Cronbach's alpha method which allows to estimate the reliability of a measurement instrument through the evaluation and analysis of a set of items The investigation concluded, with the endorsement by the experts, indicating that the methodology is relevant to be implemented in the companies that develop the modality of teleworking.
