Abstract
Los cambios y transformaciones en el mundo de los negocios forman parte de la denominada cuarta revolución industrial. En este nuevo escenario las organizaciones deben evolucionar a modelos capaces de aprovechar la información, la tecnología digital y el crecimiento exponencial de los negocios. Los tipos de organización que mejor se adaptan a los tiempos de transformación son inteligentes, sinfónicas y exponenciales, cuya razón de ser permite sacar el máximo provecho de la tecnología y responder oportunamente a las demandas del mercado y los clientes.
The changes and transformations in the world of businesses form part of the so called fourth industrial revolution. In this new scenario, organizations must evolve models capable of taking advantage of the information, digital technology and the exponential growth of businesses. The types of organization that best adapt to the transformation times are intelligent, symphonic and exponential, which must be allowed to remove the maximum advantage of the technology and to respond to the demands of the market and customers.
