Abstract
El fútbol es uno de los deportes de mayor popularidad en Colombia, promueve factores emocionales y culturales que permiten identificar un estilo de vida acorde con perspectivas individuales de cada sociedad. Dentro del fútbol se resalta el rol del árbitro de una manera imprescindible, ya que es el encargado de llevar con sus decisiones el buen manejo del desarrollo del encuentro futbolístico. Por esta razón, se resalta la importancia de la pedagogía en el desarrollo educativo de los árbitros, permitiendo mejorar los procesos de enseñanza – aprendizaje en cada uno de los aspectos técnicos durante el desempeño arbitral dentro y fuera del terreno de juego.
Soccer is one of the most popular sports in Colombia, it promotes emotional and cultural factors that make it possible to identify a lifestyle in accordance with the individual perspectives of each society. Within football, the role of the referee is highlighted in an essential way, since he is in charge of taking the proper management of the development of the football match with his decisions. For this reason, the importance of pedagogy in the educational development of the referees is highlighted, allowing to improve the teaching - learning processes in each one of the technical aspects during the arbitration performance inside and outside the field of play.
