Resumen
El actual artículo se desarrolla en una empresa del sector salud IPS de nivel 2, enfocado en el inventario de la farmacia y bodega de la clínica, que se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá, en el mes de septiembre de 2017 se realizó una auditoria y acompañamiento del inventario de esta clínica, en la cual los resultados no fueron favorables obteniendo una confiabilidad del inventario del 30% en las cuales se evidenciaron diferentes oportunidades de mejora.
Se realizo la revisión y análisis de los datos obtenidos, la inspección de la farmacia y bodega durante el inventario y el manejo por parte del personal de los insumos médicos y las herramientas para su control. Con la información obtenida se tomó la decisión de implementar la siguiente metodología para mejorar los aspectos encontrados, capacitación al personal, clasificación ABC e inventarios cíclicos.
Los resultados son favorables mejorando la confiabilidad del inventario, disminuyendo los costos del inventario y mayor control y disponibilidad de los insumos médicos requeridos.
The current article is developed in a company of the health sector IPS of level 2, focused on the inventory of the pharmacy and the winery of the clinic, which is located in the city of Bogotá, in the month of September 2017 an audit was carried out and the monitoring of the inventory of this clinic, in which the results were not favorable, obtaining an inventory reliability of 30% in which different opportunities for improvement were evidenced.
The review and analysis of the data obtained, the inspection of the pharmacy and the warehouse during the inventory and the handling by the staff of the medical supplies and the tools for their control were carried out. With the information obtained, the decision is made to implement the following methodology to improve the aspects found, personal training, ABC classification and cyclical inventories.
The results are favorable, improving the reliability of the inventory, reducing the inventory costs and greater control and availability of the medical supplies required.
